Orders placed on shop.1932cattlemansclub.com are fulfilled from our TPO (Post Oak) fulfillment center.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout.

Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery, including higher-value purchases.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Full-Price Items

Items purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements below.

  • Return shipping costs and an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping charges, shipping protection, and redeemed rewards are non-refundable

  • Shipping costs are refunded only if an incorrect item was sent

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Certain sale items may qualify for an even exchange on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

  • Fine Jewelry & Fashion Jewelry

  • Swimwear & Undergarments

  • Verified Luxury items

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • Items must be in unused condition

    • Items must be returned with original packaging

    • All original tags must be attached

    • An $8 restocking fee applies

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, our Guest Services team will process your refund or exchange within 2–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once processing is complete. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If returned items do not meet our eligibility requirements, the refund will not be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost or stolen shipments must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date.

Please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Address Updates

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Address corrections must be made within 15 minutes of placing an order

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed, replaced, or refunded due to address errors

  • We may correct invalid addresses when possible but are not responsible for additional costs incurred
